The NatWest Theatre Company is based in central London and usually puts on two productions a year, generally a play in the spring and a musical in late autumn.
Our first records of the Company are details of the third annual dramatic entertainment at the Royal Aquarium Theatre by the London and Westminster Amateurs in 1878. The production was a double bill, An Ugly Customer and The Honeymoon. There are however, clear indications that the Company existed as early as 1876.

Future Productions
Our next production will be the London Area Amateur Premiere of
Barry Manilow's
Copacabana
The Musical is to be performed at the Cochrane Theatre, London WC1, week commencing 21st January 2002.
"Her name was Lola, she was a showgirl...."
This fabulous musical, based on Barry Manilow's Grammy award-winning hit song, is a captivating tale of love and romance set amidst the swinging nightclub scene of the 1940's.
Against a backdrop of dazzling costumes, spectacular sets and sensational choreography the show tells a glamorous tale of old-fashioned love, jealousy and murder in the entangled lives of Lola, Tony and Rico.
"There was blood and a single gunshot, but just who shot who?"
We are very excited that we have the opportunity to perform this fantastic show at the Cochrane Theatre, Southampton Row (nr Holborn).
In addition to the main singing roles there are several small non-singing parts and a large chorus with lots to do. We are also looking for help backstage and with sound/lighting.
