DevilMayCare Productions

DMC-P (Devilmaycare-productions) were founded in Nottingham late last year 03' by Steve Wallis and Richard Smith. The company were set up to specialise in the production of new musical works, giving opportunities to new writers.

The current membership totals twenty five (cast and crew) all from the local Nottingham area. Some of our cast and crew have never worked in Am-dram before, but now it seems that their is no turning back.

The first show to be produced by the new company will be 'Sadly Yet Madly' and is being performed at the Nottingham Arts Theatre in September of this year. Directed by Andrew J. Cameron who is a local man who appears (when not directing) regularly in well known television shows such as Casualty and The Bill.

DMC-P would like to hear from local writers who have written new musical's but don't have current backers. Contact can be made in the first instance by emailing Steve.

DMC-P are also searching for new members both to take part in their next production and to expand the group ready to tackle the dramatic challenges of 2004/05. If you live in the Nottingham area and are interested in joining please email Steve.
