That link came in very handy. I've just copied and pasted it into our guestbook as we are currently experiencing a 'troll' and I really don't want to have to start deleting messages - so we'll see if that does the trick!

Seriously though, it amazes me how many people get so hooked on 'virtual' personalities.

Except of course we have met each other! And I have never had a pint bought for me by a virtual person
