It appears that the company which hosts amdram.co.uk are currently having problems - this is the current status:

Our engineers are currently investigating and we will post updates as soon as we have further word from the team working on the issues. Thank you for your patience while we investigate.

UPDATE We have been informed by our Network engineers in the datacentre that our network is currently under a DDOS attack.
This is slowing the network and causing the problems we are experiencing. Our engineers are currently working to isolate the source and block it from our networks. We will post more information as we recieve it."
