Hi I need to buy or hire the plants from The Little Shop Of Horrors ( if hiring it would be for about 12/13 weeks from the end of June )

Ive been involved in two productions of lil shop, both of which used a plant from dundee, i can find out the contact details for you, but 12 - 13 weeks hire is going to cost you an absolute fortune. Most companies only hire the plants (its a set of four you need) for the show week, maybe two at a push . . . .

We hired one from Derby playhouse - but it's true it will cost a fortune, and takes up masses of room - we had to have our stage reinforced because it weighed over a ton.

If you apply to the publishers, they will send you a set of plans and instructions for building your own.

I wonder if you found any - we have just finished doing Little Shop (what a fantastic show) and hired from Theatre Props who are an excellent company to hire from. I can also tell you who to avoid hiring from as well!! Let me know if you need more info.
