Hi everyone, I'm new here and would really like some advice:

I have been a member of a few amateur theatre companies over the years, and they have all had ridiculous heirarchies whereby you can't get a part if you are a new member etc etc. The most recent company I have been in was the worst, run by one woman who set up a puppet committee to do any work she didn't want to ... aaaagggghhhh! I've had enough, so my husband and myself want to start our own theatre company. Does anyone have any advice on how to go about it?
