Rocky Horror Available For Amateurs?

If you search Samuel French's online there is an entry of "Rocky Horror Show" by Richard O'Brian. As far as I'm aware this musical has never been available for amateur before. Who's going to be the first?

update 9th Oct 2006: A telephone call to Samuel French established that whilst the play is printed by them, it is not available to amateurs. They are collecting a waiting list just in case it ever does become available. Sorry guys.
